📦 Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

We offer domestic delivery (Germany) as well as shipping to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

💰 Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of €4.90 per order.
For orders over €50.00, we offer free shipping within Germany.

Deliveries to other countries:

Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of €8.90 per order.
For orders over €100.00, we offer free international shipping.

⏱️ Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, domestic delivery (Germany) will be made within 3–5 business days, and international deliveries within 5–7 business days after conclusion of the contract (in case of advance payment, after the payment instruction has been received).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the items in a single delivery unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery period in your order.
